In the 1940s, our great-grandfather ran a small village store, bringing back the finest goods for his neighbors. Decades later, we – Dominik (27) and Kevin (21) – found his handwritten recipes with lemon peel, juniper, and herbs. Inspired by his craft and our passion for gin, we createdGinius.
